Welcome to Shopify Success’s Refund Policy. Shopify Success is managed and operated by MaxTeamX Ltd. This policy explains the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for services provided through Shopify Success.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered under Shopify Success, including but not limited to:

  • Shopify store setup services

  • Single Product Stores

  • Dropshipping Stores

  • Print-on-Demand Stores

  • Branded eCommerce Stores

  • Monthly subscription and management services

All services provided are custom digital services tailored specifically for each client.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only before work has started.

Work is considered started once we begin:

  • Research and planning

  • Design work

  • Store setup or configuration

  • Product setup or listing creation

  • Any development-related activity

Once work has started, the order cannot be canceled.


3. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Once research, design, or development has started

  • If you change your mind after purchase

  • If you decide not to proceed after project initiation

  • If project requirements change after work has begun

  • If services have been delivered according to the agreed scope

  • If a subscription billing cycle has already started

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, business decision changes, or unused service time.


4. Subscription Services

For monthly subscription and management services:

  • You may cancel before the next billing cycle begins.

  • Once a subscription period has started, that billing cycle is non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing period.


5. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, please follow the steps below:

a) Contact Us:

b) Provide Details:
Clearly explain the reason for your refund request and include relevant information or evidence to support your claim.

c) Review Process:
We will carefully review your request and may ask for additional clarification if necessary.

d) Refund Decision:
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Please note that submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You have approved the final deliverables

  • Services were delivered as agreed

  • Delays are caused by the client (content delay, access delay, response delay, etc.)

  • The refund request is made after work has started

  • The subscription period has already begun
